The Dairy Barn in Athens, OH has a quilt show featuring antique Amish quilts from a private collection. We have a day trip planned for Sunday, Aug. 22. The cost is $ 35 per person and includes the bus trip, a stop at the Nelsonville Quilt Co. in Nelsonville, a light lunch, a small quilt show at the opera house, a tour of the opera house and entrance to the Dairy Barn. We will stop for dinner (on your own) and then return home. Space is limited.

 

 We are making the Stars Across Ohio sampler quilt from the 2005 shop hop.  Choose the best class time for you each month - the first Thurs. from 5-8pm; the second Tues. from 11am-2pm.   This is a 12 month series and includes instruction and supplies such as Thangles, foundation paper, etc.  You supply your fabric of choice.  Cost is $ 25 the first month ($ 20 if you already have the book) and $ 10 each month thereafter.  Each month that you attend class you will receive a charm square pack, a ticket for a mystery box to be given away at the end of the BOM and a ticket for a silly door prize.  There is still room in the Thursday evening or Tuesday afternoon class.  Sorry, the Saturday class is full.
