Hugs and Kisses Requirements List

Tuesday July 14^th, 11.00am – 4.00pm

A great way to use up the scrap strips you have lying around or use a jelly roll and a few extra strips.

Fabric Requirements

• From back of Pattern:

• Please note that Binding, Backing and Batting are not necessary for the class.
• The size of the sample is a Lap.
• The Contrast fabric need not be a solid. However for the design to work the diamond fabric should have a high contrast to the majority of the 2 1/2” strips used in the lattice.

Thread

• A thread that blends with the fabrics for piecing.

Tools

• Creative Grids Lazy Angle Ruler #CGR3754 or 1 piece of Template plastic
• Sewing machine in good working order (if you use a 1/4" foot please bring it)
• Rotary cutting equipment
• Normal sewing supplies (scissors, pins, seam ripper etc.)

Before Class

• Cut the following number of strips from the Contrast Fabric:
