It's almost 11pm and the temperature is 55. It's raining and the snow is melting, melting, melting. I don't know about you but that makes me happy.

Thanks to all for making our quilt show a success. We had some really great quilts on display. Most of them are on display on our website with a few others to be posted soon. We look forward to next year's show and hope you will plan on having one displayed.

One thing I heard from a lot of people was that they didn't do a good enough job to have a quilt in a show. Maybe that's true for NQA and AQS but certainly not for our show. The people who come in to look at the quilts we have hanging just enjoy looking at the different quilts. We tend to be to critical of our work and I am just as guilty about that as anyone else. So, start planning now to have one we can display next March.

Not only is this our anniversary month it is also National Quilting Month. Saturday, March 20 is National Quilting Day. A lot of quilt guilds are planning sew-ins for that day. Check with your guild to see if they are doing anything special. To celebrate both our anniversary and National Quilting Day we will have all regular priced fabric on sale for 20% off Sat. Mar. 20 only.

This Saturday we are having a sale on books and patterns. Buy a book or pattern at regular price and get one of equal or lesser value for free. Good on in stock items only.
