Folded Fabric Ornaments



Ball No Sew Quilted Ornament Supply list
Basic Supplies:
Measuring gauge/ sewing gauge/ measuring tape
Beacons 3 in 1 Advanced craft glue (clear)
Scissors
Thimble to protect your finger (you will be pushing a lot of pins)
200-300- 1” straight pins
1- 2” floral pin( this can be a longer pin than the 1” it holds your ribbon/topper to your ornament)
3” Styrofoam ball (I will have these to buy at class if you want)
Charms of your choosing for decoration
Bow/topper:
This can be made out of anything fur, feathers, silk flowers, tulle ribbon, trim, the sky is the limit, just have fun with it.
1- 24” piece ribbon for the bottom of bow (to coordinate with fabric)
1- 21” piece ribbon for the top layer of bow (to coordinate)
1- 5” piece ribbon for hanging loop (to coordinate)
2-3- 2” pieces ribbon for attaching charms
Fabric: (3 fabric design)
26- 2” x 3” rectangles main fabric
16- 2” x 3” rectangles in a contrast fabric
16- 2” x 3” rectangles in outside fabric (this can be the same as your middle if you choose)
1- 2” x 11” fabric or decorative trim for edge finishing

3 ½” Styrofoam heart (I will have these to buy at class as you can only buy the correct ones online)

Fabric:
12- 2”x 3” rectangles blue with stars
24- 2” x 3” rectangles plain white
20- 2” x 3” rectangles red & white stripe (cut so stripes are horizontal like on a flag)
1- 2” x 13” red & white stripe (cut so the stripes are horizontal like on a flag)
