Fabric requirements:
1 1/3 yds dark fabric
1 1/3 yds light fabric
Optional borders:
1/2 yd inner border
1 1/2 yds outer border
1/2 yd binding
Sewing machine in good working order
Rotary cutter, mat and acrylic rulers
Basic sewing supplies
Thread to match fabrics
Cutting directions for part one:
From the dark fabric cut:
5) 8 3/8" strips and then crosscut each into 4) 8 3/8" squares
From the light fabric cut:
5) 8 3/8" strips and then crosscut each into 4) 8 3/8" squares
