Sewing machine in good working order
1/4" foot or someway to mark 1/4" on machine
Basic sewing supplies - pins, seam ripper, scissors
Rotary cutter, cutting mat and acrylic ruler, 6" X 12" or larger
Fabric requirements for small lap quilt:
1 yd focal fabric
1 yard contrast fabric
1/2 yard for binding
Thread to match fabrics
