Lap Quilt

6-12 fat quarters

1/2 yd accent fabric

3/8 yd for border 1

7/8 yd for border 2

5/8 yd for binding

Twin Quilt

12 fat quarters

3/4 yd accent fabric

1/2 yd for border 1

2 1/4 yd for border 2 (cut on lengthwise grain)

3/4 yd for binding

(Border and binding fabrics may be pruchased after class)

Thread to match fabrics for piecing

Sewing machine in good working order

Rotary cutter, mat, ruler (an 8 1/2" or larger will come in handy)

Basic sewing supplies

If desired pre-wash and iron all fabrics
